Harvest pricing 2026: what you'll actually pay
Updated 2026-10-24 · Written by the Feestead team
Harvest pricing in 2026 starts at $9–$17.50 per seat. The real bill now also depends on how many projects, clients, tasks and invoices you have, and Harvest doesn't publish those rates. Here are the plans, a calculator for your renewal, and what to do before your renewal date.
The Harvest price hike: what changed
- Seats plus usage. After Bending Spoons bought Harvest (2025), pricing became a seat fee plus usage-based charges for activity such as projects, clients, tasks and invoices. You choose a variable Flex option or a fixed Unlimited usage fee (Subscription Insider).
- The rates aren't public. There is no published price per project, client or invoice, so you can't work out your bill in advance. You see it in your renewal quote.
- Agencies are hit hardest. The more clients and projects you run, the more you pay, even if your team size stays the same. Reported renewals include a UK consultancy going from about $130 to $2,110 a month and a US customer from $2,800 to $23,000 a year (as reported by the BBC, via Subscription Insider).
- It applies at renewal. Existing customers move to the new pricing when their plan renews. Check your date in Harvest under Settings → Billing.
- Watch the checkout defaults. Seats can't be removed mid-cycle, and Forecast (scheduling) is a separate add-on.
Your options before renewal
- Ask Harvest for a discount. Several customers were offered large discounts when they started to cancel. Check what happens at the following renewal.
- Trim usage. Archiving unused projects, clients and tasks can lower the usage part of the bill.
- Switch before the renewal date. Export a full backup first (here's how), import into the new tool and compare totals per project.
Switching to Feestead takes about 10 minutes
Paste one Harvest token on the switching page. People, clients, projects, rates and every time entry come over, with billable and invoiced status. Each project then shows Harvest's hours and billable amount next to ours, with a green tick when they match. Harvest stays untouched until you cancel.
