Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-10-21
These terms govern your use of Feestead (the "Service"), available at feestead.com. The Service is provided by YDALIR SYSTEMS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13144207, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation to them.
1. The Service
Feestead is web-based software for tracking time, managing projects, clients, budgets and rates, producing reports, and importing data from Harvest. We may improve or change features over time. We will not materially reduce the core time tracking functionality of a paid plan during a paid billing period.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Workspace owners and admins control who has access to their workspace and its data.
- You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business or professional purposes.
3. Plans, prices and payment
- Solo is free for one person. Team costs $11 per person per month (or the local price shown at checkout), billed monthly in advance. Team is capped at the price of 9 seats per workspace (US$99/month or the local equivalent shown at checkout); additional people are included at no extra cost.
- Team may start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, and the subscription renews automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled before then.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Adding seats may result in a prorated charge.
- If you switch from Harvest, your per-person price is locked for 24 months from the start of your first paid subscription, as long as the subscription stays active.
- We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
4. Paddle is our reseller and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments, invoices, sales tax/VAT and refunds are handled by Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in Feestead, which opens your Paddle customer portal, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to Team features until then. After that, your workspace returns to the free plan limits and your data stays available to export.
6. Your data
- You own the data you put into Feestead, including time entries, projects, clients and rates. You give us permission to host, process and display it only to provide the Service to you.
- You can export your data as CSV at any time. On request we will delete your workspace and its data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- When you import from Harvest, you confirm that you are authorised to access that Harvest account. The Harvest token is used only to run the import and is not stored after the import finishes.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break or overload the Service or access other customers' data, no reselling the Service without our written permission, and no use of the API beyond reasonable rate limits. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, and will tell you why where we lawfully can.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Support is provided by email at [email protected].
9. Third parties
Feestead is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Harvest or Bending Spoons. "Harvest" is a trademark of its owner and is used only to describe compatibility and data import.
10. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits or loss of data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may end the Service for your workspace with 30 days' notice, in which case we will refund any prepaid amount for the period after termination and give you time to export your data.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will email workspace owners at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
