Check your Harvest migration

Compare your Harvest time export with an export from your new tool before you switch.

Your files stay in this browser. CSV files, filenames, mappings and results are never uploaded or stored by Feestead. All parsing and calculations run locally using JavaScript and FileReader. Only the page-visit analytics beacon is sent. Refreshing the page clears the files and results.

1. Harvest export

Choose a detailed time / All company time CSV with Date, Client, Project, Task, Hours, Billable?, Invoiced?, First Name and Last Name. Task and person columns are not needed for project totals.

2. Export from your new tool

Choose a detailed time-entry CSV from Clockify, Toggl, Keito, Feestead or another tool. Common column names are selected automatically; check and adjust the mapping.

Up to 15 MB and 100,000 entries per file. UTF-8 CSV; comma, semicolon or tab separated. Hours can be decimal (1.5) or a duration (1:30, also 1:30:00). Date, project and hours are required. Missing billing columns show N/A. Client and project names are grouped without case or extra spaces; dates and people are not compared individually.
